Automatic gravimetric paint filler for 0.9 L metallic and 3.6 L metallic and plastic packages. Equipment composed of automatic package feeding disk, motorized continuous movement conveyor, three pneumatic filling nozzles (two-stage) controlled by individual scales, individual volume/weight adjustment for each nozzle.
Stainless steel filling tank with level control, side ladder for easy tank access and cleaning. Automatic lid applicator and sealer. Accumulator output table for filled packages with rollers.
Equipment manufactured with carbon steel structure and epoxy paint. Tank, filling nozzles, equipment frame top plate, and bottom closure in 304 stainless steel.
